In the early hours of this morning, the Royal Thai Armed Forces initiated an unprovoked military assault on Cambodian territory, targeting border areas in Oddar Meanchey and Banteay Meanchey provinces. Thai forces fired heavy artillery into civilian zones, destroying homes and taking innocent lives — a blatant act of aggression and a direct violation of international law.

No country hates war more than Cambodia. The Cambodian people have suffered from war for decades. We just want to live in peace, without invasion. We must live without the threat of war. 🕊️
